SmartDispatch Corporation's portfolio has its origins in transportation's dispatching solution developed within the PC-based networking environment by company founder and CEO John, who has worked for Central State Pension Fund (Teamsters Union), Northwestern University, and IBM, which led to the founding of SmartDispatch Corporation in 1985. Each of these companies gave John the knowledge and experience necessary to provide the optimal solution for the Taxi industry. Gaining extensive knowledge on workflow, order processes, management, and accounting.

While working and building networks utilizing mainframe technology, John set out to develop an application and network to fill a void and in the market for the taxi industry. Up to the challenge of providing a system to the taxi industry that did not require millions of dollars to deploy and produce a system that was to be cost effective and highly productive. With that continued success over a quarter century later we continue to provide cutting edge PC based networking solutions and technology for the taxi industry sector. SmartDispatch continues today with this view and provides our clients new and old with cost effective, real-world, functional, and profitable business tools.
