SmartDispatch offers a full range of computer dispatch programs. Our Standard Edition product is a GPS/AVL and report generation product. While our Professional Edition is our renowned computer assisted voice dispatch program. The Professional Edition product is our basic voice dispatching software. The Professional Edition can be upgraded to include a pager dispatch module or a cellular dispatch module, a fully automated call taking (IVR) module are just a few of many available modules. This then can be adapted to our data dispatch which employs mobile data terminals (MDT) in the cabs and fully computerizes the dispatch function.
